Get the Laundry Lounge app, register, then choose your cycle and pay by card, phone or smartwatch.

Load your laundry
Sort as needed and load into the machine you've chosen. A loose, even load washes cleaner.

Match the cycle on the machine
Select the same cycle on the machine that you chose and paid for in the app.

Press start
Once the cycle matches, press start on the machine to begin.

We dose it for you
Detergent, softener and stain treatment are measured and added automatically, calibrated for Santorini's water.

Collect & go
Track the countdown in the app. Collect promptly when it signals done.

Check the lint filter
Clear it before you start and again when you finish, so it stays safe to run and the next guest finds it clean.

WHAT NOT TO DO
Seven habits to leave at the door
01
No cash or coins
Cashless only — tap to pay by card or phone. There's no coin slot on site.
02
Don't overload the drum
Pack loosely to the fill line. A crammed load strains the motor and dosing lines.
03
No metal objects or coins
Empty pockets first — coins, keys and metal objects can damage the drum. Also avoid shoes, rubber-backed rugs and pet bedding.

Don't add your own detergent
Every wash is already dosed automatically. Adding more causes over-sudsing.
05
No bleach or loose chemicals
Never pour in bleach or stain sticks — they can damage the dosing lines.

Don't leave laundry sitting
Collect promptly. Machines left full delay the next guest.
07
Don't open the door mid-cycle
The glass can be hot and the drum still holds water while running. Wait for the cycle to end and the lock to release.
